Based on the top floor of Prospect House, with commanding views over the valley, we have opened a new conference suite. Fully equipped with (free) high speed wifi internet, this is a large new conference suite that we have just finished renovating. There is a large board-room style table with comfortable chairs and a large breakout area incorporated, that can be used to provide buffets etc. The format of the room can be changed to suit and could easily accommodate up to 100 people.
If you’re looking for conference facilities within the Durham area, then our new conference suite is ideal. We are located just a few miles outside of Durham and Newcastle on the main transport routes, ideal for commuting via car or bus. We also have excellent, free parking facilities for up to 200 cars, superb security with on-site CCTV and our management team can be found on-site daily from 8am until 5pm each day.
